à la carte breakfast excellent location helpful staff
i found the breakfast very good. it included items ordered a la carte from a menu. the hotel location is excellent with easy access to the promenade. the reception staff was helpful and friendly!
the hotel restaurant was sometimes understaffed which led to slow service.

great location friendly staff limited menu mold smell
The hotel are at a top location. There are plenty restaurants with different menu options. Staff are friendly plus I saw good aircon.
The breakfast is a la carte. You can only chose one item from a menu with few options. The room had a strong smell of mold mixed with cigarette. I saw many automatic spray fresheners in the room. But they do not helped much.

I spent four nights there. The hotel features a great location, close to everything. The staff was helpful with local advice, this service I found very polite. Breakfast choices offered good variety. I especially liked the restaurant in the hotel.

My room offered a great size and the bathroom was large. A perfect view was available. The bed I found very comfy, and the shower worked well.

The air conditioning in my room worked very well. I liked the aircon. It kept the room at a perfect temperature, this ensured a good night's sleep during the hot weather.

the location is central. i could easily walk to the harbour and restaurants. the room featured a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. the lift access to all floors was convenient.
the breakfast menu had limited options.

helpful staff sea views friendly atmosphere
i found the location superb, situated right on the main riva offering wonderful sea views. the area proved lively.. meals could be enjoyed in the open air. the staff was also very helpful with local advice. ordering breakfast and dinner was easy, they were willing to provide alternatives when asked.

The hotel faces the water, and this location is so convenient. I walked to the ferries without problem. Breakfast was from a menu, this was a pleasant change. The staff were helpful.
